This home was a charming space, a diamond that just needed a little polishing. We decided to make a few structural renovations to create an airy, cozy, coastal look that would certainly take clients to a place of deep relaxation. In addition to furnishing the home, we updated all light fixtures, appliances, flooring, kitchen cabinets, wall paint, kitchen and bathroom backsplash, and new bathroom vanity, including lights and backsplash. The deck and porch were updated with paint jobs and privacy screens. The exterior of the house was decorated with art and realistic faux plants. The pathways were given fresh updates, complete with lighting for that WOW curb appeal.
